By purchasing from Limitless Biotech you confirm that:

- You understand that these products are not approved for human or veterinary use

3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is error-free, complete or current.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processor.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the import of our products is legal in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for products seized by customs or regulatory authorities.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@limitlessbiotech.ca with your order number and photographic evidence.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and only for products that are damaged in transit or incorrectly sent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Limitless Biotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions is the property of Limitless Biotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
